6. Postage times are an estimate only, provided by eBay as a guide, these cannot be guaranteed, when your order leaves our warehouse delays can happen for many reasons which are out of our control, i.e. bad weather, accidents, customs etc.

11. Any cables cut to length or other tailored products will not be subject to a refund. As a rule we will only accept returns for 100m cable lengths.
Stock
The stock level is just a guide.
As we have a shop, stock levels change daily and we don’t always have time to update the listings.
99% of the time the item will be in stock but on the odd occasion that it is not we will notify you within one working day and if you are not happy to wait then we will offer you a full refund.
If you want an item and it is crucial that you get it ASAP then please message us or call us to ensure that we have it in stock before you make the purchase.
If we do not have the item and we cannot source it within 10 working days we will issue a refund.
